We create and hand finish many of our items and therefore it can take 5-7 days for your item to be shipped

Return & Exchange Policy
We put a lot of effort into ensuring all our products are up to a high standard and we hope you are delighted with your order. Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any items is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
